- Co-coordinating industrialization for new products, launching production activities
- Assuring fluent flow of production, solving production problems on a daily basis
- Promoting and supporting suggestions for improvements concerning methods and procedures within the production process and making sure that the objective of these improvements will be achieved
- Assuring control of use of production plant facilities through planning of maintenance, the setting of operating hours and supply of parts and tools
- Managing and training the teams under his responsibility

Consultancy
- At least 5 years experience as Production Manager, preferably in sheet metal manufacturing within international company
- Fluent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
- Strong leadership skills, good organization, communication and commercial skills, team player, hands on, responsible, flexible, result and customer oriented
- Excellent technical background, analytical and strategic thinking, ability to work under stress and pressure
